Alex, Rad and Carlos find the cargo hold of the Exodus underground and are adopted by three minicons.

Alexis, Rad and Carlos introduce themselves to Optimus Prime, Hot Rod and First Aid.

The children join the Autobot team and head out on their first mission to find a newly waking minicon.

5. Soldier

Autobots discover a MiniCon at the South Pole.

6. Jungle

The newest minicon activates in the middle of a forest: both sides fight for it.

7. Carnival

Rad and Carlos smuggle their minicons out of the base to visit the town's carnival.

8. Palace

In an ancient palace deep beneath the Sahara another minicon is waking. Who will reach it first?

9. Confrontation

The Decepticons capture all the children to use as hostages in exchange for the Autobots's minicons.

10. Underground

The latest minicon re-activates in the subway system of a large city.

11. Ruin

From an ancient submerged city a beautiful girl issues a warning about the devastating power.

12. Prehistory

The children learn more about the history of the minicons and the war.

13. Swoop

The Decepticons gain access to the Autobot base and attempt to take the other two minicons.

14. Overmatch

Hot Shot proves himself very skilled with the Star Sabre.

15. Gale

A new minicon activates inside a highway tunnel.

16. Credulous

Grabbing onto Megatron at the end of a battle, Hot Shot and Sideways are transported to the moon.

17. Conspiracy

Decepticons mutiny while searching for MiniCons in a jungle.

18. Trust

Autobots and Decepticons face off amongst snowy mountains in the battle for the latest minicon.

19. Vacation

A weekend's camping trip to the valley below the dam goes wrong when a violent storm moves in.

20. Reinforcement

Autobot Blurr joins the team, but proves himself not much of a team player.

21. Decisive Battle

Megatron plots to destroy the Autobots once and for all.

22. Vow

Megatron uses the Minicons to lure the Autobots into a trap.

23. Rebellion

Starscream challenges Megatron for control of the Decepitcons.

24. Chase

Trapped with Sideways, Alexis, Rad, Carlos and their minicons become aware of a massive evil entity.

25. Tactician

A new transformer enters the solar system.

26. Link Up

With Optimus damaged and temporarily out of commission, the newly-arrived Jetfire takes command.

27. Detection

On the moon, Thrust continues his plotting with Megatron.

28. Awakening

The massive Tidalwave joins the Decepticons, but is, seemingly, defeated in battle by Hot Shot and Blurr.

29. Desperate

The kids try to gather the three Requiem Blaster minicons together.

30. Runaway

The minicons want to be in charge of their own destinies, so the kids sneak the new team out of the base.

31. Past (1)

Enthusiastic young Sideswipe joins the team and Optimus tasks Hot Shot with training him.

32. Past (2)

Desperate to make amends to his old friend, Hot Shot allows Wheeljack to shoot him, but this isn't enough.

33. Sacrifice

Megatron sacrifices Starscream, leaving him to face the Autobots alone.

34. Regeneration

Hearing Megatron say he is nothing more than disposable cannon fodder, Starscream defects with the Star Sabre.

35. Rescue

With Starscream's help, the Autobots infiltrate the Decepticon moon base.

36. Mars

Alexis tracks a minicon in the vicinity of Mars.

37. Crack

Starscream trusts Thrust and returns to the moon base.

38. Threaten

Sabre, Shield and Blaster together create the Hydra Cannon.

39. Crisis

Optimus and Jetfire attack the ship, but can't stop the Hydra Cannon being deployed.

40. Remorse

Hot Shot insists they should take vengeance on the Decepticons.

41. Depart

With the Autobot ship ready to leave, Hot Shot refuses to let the children accompany them.

42. Miracle

While the Axalon chases the Decepticon ship, hundreds of minicons appear.

43. Puppet

Hot Shot and Red Alert are sucked through a wormhole.

44. Uprising

The 'Bots reach Cybertron to find Megatron (now calling himself Galvatron) already winning the war.

45. Dash

While the battle continues, Hot Shot goes to Cybertron to try to convince Galvatron of the impending danger.

46. Drift

Thrust flees into the depths of Cybertron, pursued by Hot Shot and Wheeljack - and, separately, Starscream.

47. Portent

Thrust joins Sideways by passing through a portal underground.

48. Cramp

Starscream prepares to do whatever it takes to convince Galvatron the threat of Unicron is real.

49. Alliance

As Unicron begins to awaken, Optimus and Galvatron decide to forgo their battle.

50. Union (1)

The only way to defeat Unicron is to wake the minicons inside him and attack from within as well as without.

51. Origin (2)

The purpose and meaning behind the endless war is revealed.

52. Mortal Combat (3)

Thinking Unicron is defeated, Galvatron and Optimus Prime resume their battle.
