After having collaborated with superstars like Justin Bieber and Kelly Rowland,  songwriter Poo Bear mentors as one artist struggles to embrace their lyrics, while another forgets them.

3. You Gotta Be Ready

With surprises at every turn, Grammy® winning producer Timbaland delivers a hard lesson in always being ready. An early morning assignment causes tensions to boil over, and the kids head to the heart of Hollywood for an impromptu performance as one artist strives for redemption.

4. You've Got The Look

Celebrity stylist Johnny Wujek masterminds pop star makeovers for each artist. A secretive outfit change and artist pushback leads to a pop chart confrontation. One artist takes a risky step out of their comfort zone, while another refuses to push far enough.

5. Stripped

With soul-shaking acoustic performances of popular hits, Timbaland strips the aspiring stars down to the essence of artistry. Pop star JoJo mentors as one artist welcomes a surprise visitor, another enlists help from a competitor, and two moms go head to head.

6. Song & Dance

Tensions boil over as Timbaland puts the kids’ songwriting and dancing to the test. Celebrity choreographers Benji and Lacey Schwimmer visit as one artist commits a frustrating faux pas, and a heated blow up leaves lasting impressions.

7. Divide & Conquer

It’s a boys vs. girls showdown as Timbaland pairs the kids for group performances. Macy Grey and Howie D from the Backstreet Boys school in the art of collaboration, while one group struggles to overcome their dramatic past, and an artist has a shocking stumble.

8. Music Video Madness

It’s lights, camera, action as Timbaland challenges the kids to work together in a full-on, professional music video. A no-nonsense director pushes them to the limit, as two artists vie for the same part and one struggles to break out of their shell.

9. The Hot Seat

Perez Hilton visits, as Timbaland swaps the managers and puts the artists' media training to the test. Later, an awkward confrontation puts one mom on edge; and a struggling artist works to regain confidence.

10. Finale

In the Season 1 finale, the kids go head-to-head in their biggest performance of the season, as one young artist wins a record contract with Grammy-winning producer Timbaland. Also: pop star Jordin Sparks visits.
