After the Back-to-School Challenge you'll be buzzing for the new school year. Sometimes, it's hard to focus, but this challenge is the perfect brain break. Smash through arm circles, push-ups and star jumps, all the way to the Activate!

3. Treetops

Oi, oi! It’s my Treetops Challenge! Are you ready to climb this sky-high challenge all the way to the canopy? We’ll be adventuring low to high, starting with climbers to squats, then star jumps, and finally, the Activate!

4. Gamer

Can you complete every level of my Gamer Challenge? This one is all about gaming. Get a good run-up and let's jump those platforms together. Level one is runners, two is squats and three is burpees. The boss battle is the Activate!

5. Surfer

Cowabunga! Can you graduate from my tubular Surfer Challenge? Welcome to surf school, where we test your surf skills to the limit. We'll be doing runners, climbers and burpees, followed by the Activate.

6. Superhero

Test your superpowers with my awesome Superhero Challenge! If you don’t have superstrength or superspeed yet, you soon will. We’ll be using our superpowers to power through climbers, squats, runners and the Activate.

7. Time Warp

We're turning back the clock with this one. It's the Time Warp Challenge. We time jump through arm circles, runners and toe taps, then head back to the future for the Activate! Get ready to move with Joe and the Activators.

8. ExtraStretchy

Flex and bend into my ExtraStretchy Challenge. Stretch your skills with arm circles, lunges and toe taps, then get flexible in the Activate!

9. UltraTurbo

My UltraTurbo Challenge will make everything else seem slow! Reach terminal velocity with fast feet, climbers and star jumps, then crank up the turbo for the Activate. Get ready to move with Joe and the Activators.

10. Pumpkin

My spooktacular Pumpkin Challenge will make you feel alive! Get pumped for three tricky exercises: vampire taps, beast mode push-ups and pumpkin smashers. The treat is the Activate! Get ready to move with Joe and the Activators in this special Halloween challenge.

11. Children in Need

Let's get everyone together for this one! It's my BBC Children in Need Activate Challenge, and it's time to open the envelope and see what exercises await. We've got fast feet, star jumps and twisters, plus an extra special Activate! It's totally spotty. Get ready to move with Joe and his Activators in this special BBC Children in Need Challenge and raise money for children all across the UK.

12. Swashbuckle

Arrgh me Activators, let's find those pieces of Activate! My Swashbuckle Challenge will have ye feeling like true pirates. Set sail through side steps, climbers and knee smashers. The buried treasure is the Activate! Get ready to move with Joe and the Activators.

Look out, it's coming for our quads! In the colossal Quadzilla Challenge, we do peekaboos, knee smashers and kickers. Our last stand against the giant Quadzilla is the Activate! Get those quads ready to move with Joe and the Activators.

Roll up, roll up! It's my Big Top Challenge! We'll be learning new circus skills in this one. The main entertainment will be spectacular arm circles, extravagant twisters and wonderful peekaboos. The finale is the Activate! Come on in and get ready to move with Joe and the Activators.

15. Safari Squat

Quietly, we approach this majestic beast... It's my Safari Squat Challenge! Can you tackle my big three? Squats, bear crawls and fast feet. The king of the jungle is the Activate! Get ready to move with Joe and the Activators.

Let’s get festive with my Unwrap Challenge. What’s on your Christmas list? Let's take a peak... Christmas stars, ice skaters and burpees. The big prezzie is the Activate! Get ready to move with Joe and the Activators.
