Cowboy Kent makes a homemade blackberry cobbler cooked in a dutch oven over hot coals. Then a homemade apple pie with a buttery crust and a salted caramel to drizzle on top.

Cowboy Kent makes authentic, short rib, Birria tacos in his chuck wagon. Then he makes cheesy, chicken enchiladas with a hatch green chili sauce and homemade tortillas.

6. Ranch Breakfast Rendezvous

Kent Rollins makes a mountain man breakfast casserole with layers of goodness; then comes sourdough cinnamon rolls cooked in a dutch oven in true cowboy cooking fashion.

Cowboy Kent Rollins cooks up some smoked catfish on the grill with homemade tartar sauce. Then he makes some grilled fish tacos with homemade corn tortillas.
