4. Marrakesh

Experience the exotic sights and sounds of the souks of Morocco when Sophie joins uncle and niece - Christopher and Brigid Moss in Marrakech.

5. Tuscany

Tuscany is Sophie's destination this week, where she joins Tony and Christine Mooney. They transport the treats of the Tuscan table back to British shores in the form of crostini with tomatoes and wild mushrooms frittata.

6. Crete

Sophie's final culinary postcard comes from Crete, where fish is fresh from the sea, juicy pork Kebabs, superb stuffed vegetables, crisp Greek salad and moist walnut cake served with fresh oranges and creamy Greek yoghurt are the orders of the day.
