2. Malcolm Webster

[Black Widower] Malcolm Webster’s wife, Claire, died in a car crash in a remote part of Scotland, and he was apparently inconsolable. When his second wife, Felicity, almost died in similar circumstances in New Zealand and money is missing, suspicions were raised.

3. Chaz Higgs

[Why is Kathy Augustine Dead?] Kathy Augustine was a politician serving in the Nevada Senate. Shortly after her husband of 17 years died from complications of a stroke, she married Chaz Higgs, the critical care nurse who had been caring for her late husband. On July 8, 2006, she was found unconscious in her home; she died four days later from an apparent heart attack.

4. Kimberly Saenz

[Unexplained Sudden Deaths] Something was wrong at DaVita dialysis centre in Lufkin, East Texas, with a huge increase in code blues. Patient after patient is being blue lighted to the nearest hospital, many succumbing to their injuries. Staff are devastated and cannot understand why these deaths are occurring.

5. William Davis

[Unexplained Deaths] William George Davis, a nurse in Tyler, Texas, was just 32 when he began a reign of terror over patients recovering from heart surgery. Prosecutors claimed that Davis had at least eleven victims, of whom seven died.

6. Marie Whiston

[The Death of Eric Lloyd] When factory worker Eric Lloyd dies at home, his grieving wife is anxious the authorities believe it is from natural causes. Marie Whiston has been looking after him at home between nursing shifts at their local hospital and is anxious to pass his death off as due to ill health.

7. Beverley Allit

[Unexplained Deaths on a Children's Ward] From February to April 1991, Beverley Allitt's reign of terror at Grantham Hospital led to the deaths of four children and serious harm to many others. Her background revealed troubling signs of Munchausen's syndrome, manifesting at an early age.

8. Lisa Tseng

[Doctor Greed] Within two years of Dr. Lisa Tseng starting her career in Rowland Heights, Los Angeles, the demographic pattern of her patients dramatically changed, with largely young men traveling long distances to seek pain medication.

9. Mitesh Patel

[Double Life Pharmacist] All Jessica Patel from Middlesbrough wanted was a loving husband and a family of her own. She marries her first love Mitesh, but soon her dreams are shattered. Mitesh is psychologically and physically abusive and begins living a double life, one where he dates men, falling in love with one in particular.

10. Harold Shipman

[Unexplained Deaths of a Doctor's Patients] From 1970 to 1998, Dr. Harold Shipman, a respected GP, murdered some 250 patients. Despite suspicions raised by colleagues, it took years for the authorities to catch up with him, revealing a shocking pattern of abusing trust.

11. Reta Maya

[Unexplained Deaths of Elderly Veterans] US veteran Reta Mays starts work as a nurse's assistant in a West Virginia VA center, a hospital specifically for veterans. In little more than a year, between July 2017 and August 2018, there are 21 suspicious deaths. The FBI launch an investigation which culminates in the exhumation of some of her victims.

12. Robert Neulander

[The Mysterious Death of Leslie Neulander] Dr. Bob Neulander finds his wife Leslie covered in blood and unresponsive in the bathroom, having apparently fallen in the shower. He tries to revive her but she dies at the scene. Initially, her death is ruled an accident, but local rumors mean the DA reopens the investigation.

13. Vickie Jackson

[Nocona's Florence Nightingale] Vickie Dawn Jackson, a nurse at Nocona General Hospital in Texas, has a troubled domestic life, but is a dedicated and successful nurse... until she goes on a killing spree. An investigation found a suspicious syringe in the trash, and bodies were exhumed to test for the lethal drug.
