The day of the Junior Crown is here, and Oguri Cap and Fujimasa March make good on the promise they made at Mt. Kinka to enter. While Oguri Cap had no answer when Fujimasa March asked her for her goal back then, her aspirations will surely take shape during this race with her rival.

5. What's Best for Her

Oguri Cap and the rest of her team make their way to Chukyo Racecourse for the Chukyo Hai, but Kitahara can't shake Musaka's ominous words from his mind. Brows furrowed, he heads for the stands, only to discover Symboli Rudolf and Maruzensky have come to observe the race.

8. The Right Stuff

Oguri Cap's transfer from Kasamatsu has unfortunately overlapped with the registration deadline for the Classic races. Eager to show Symboli Rudolf she has what it takes to take on these races, she sets her sights on the G3 Pegasus Stakes. But standing in her way is a racer with four consecutive wins under her belt...

9. The Japanese Derby

Symboli Rudolf witnesses Oguri Cap's might firsthand—the no-name racer from the boonies wipes the floor with even the strong national racers. In her, Symboli Rudolf sees a star capable of setting the Twinkle Series alight. But should she use her authority to advocate for a miracle at the Japan Derby, or should she remain loyal to the rules?

Ultimately, Oguri Cap is unable to enter the Japanese Derby, which means she needs a new racing goal. Hoping to inspire Oguri Cap, Musaka takes her and Belno Light to see the Takarazuka Kinen, a Grand Prix race where the lineup is decided by a fan poll. There, Oguri Cap witnesses the racer currently dominating the Twinkle Series.

Musaka declares that if Oguri Cap wants to take on Tamamo Cross in the fall Tenno Sho, she has to win the Mainichi Okan. A task easier said than done, as Oguri Cap's winning streak means all her rivals' eyes are on her. This year's Mainichi Okan is shaping up to be a ten-versus-one race...

12. The Fall Tenno Sho

At last, the day of the fall Tenno Sho arrives, and with it, the first clash between the two ashen-haired Umamusume, Tamamo Cross and Oguri Cap. Hoping to surpass the top racer and become the best in all of Japan, Oguri Cap steps onto the turf. Although Tamamo Cross holds a similar dream, there's a special someone in her heart as she enters the course.

13. Japan's Best

The crowd is on the edge of their seats as the racers enter the homestretch of the fall Tenno Sho. With 400 meters remaining, each runner musters their last strength. With Oguri Cap on her tail, Tamamo Cross feels the pressure. As exhaustion creeps in, her past flashes before her eyes. Her loved ones in her heart, Tamamo Cross breaks her limits and enters a zone beyond her rivals...

Vowing to win against Tamamo Cross after her fall Tenno Sho defeat, Oguri Cap throws herself into training. 15. Our Story

Fumino Nase, a trainer already hailed as a genius at her young age, declares her intent to enter her trainee, Super Creek, in the Kikuka Sho. Among their competition is the winner of the Satsuki Sho, Yaeno Muteki. In this battle across 3,000 meters, only one racer can win. Will it be one of these two?

16. The World's Best

The international G1 event, the Japan Cup, is fast approaching. One by one, participating Umamusume trickle into Japan from around the world, including the Italian champion of the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, Toni Bianca. Ever vigilant, Musaka sends Belno Light on an undercover mission to learn all she can about their opponents. Among these racers, Belno Light happens upon a particularly odd one...

17. The Japan Cup

Stepping onto the turf at the Japan Cup, Oguri Cap and Tamamo Cross are reunited for the first time since the fall Tenno Sho. Face to face with her rival, Oguri Cap declares that she will win the Japan Cup. As each racer reaffirms their hopes for the race, an ominous smile spreads across Obey Your Master's face…

18. Wild Joker

There once was an earnest Umamusume who gave racing her all, but had nothing to show for it. Still, she craved victory more than any other, so one day, she made a choice. She'd bet everything on a single race across the Pacific. In order to win there, she'd don the joker's mask and sacrifice everything—even herself—to become a true wild card.

19. A Zone Yet Unknown

Outclassed by Tamamo Cross and Obey Your Master's use of the Zone, Oguri Cap suffers another bitter defeat at the Japan Cup. Her confidence takes a hit as she feels the gap between her and Tamamo Cross now more than ever, and she begins to wonder if she'll ever best her rival. That's when Musaka decides to rally a task force to reignite Oguri Cap's fighting spirit.

20. The Answer

Oguri Cap, Dicta Striker, Super Creek, and the other Arima Kinen participants have gathered for a press conference regarding the race. Tamamo Cross arrives late with a solumn expression. She pulls Oguri Cap aside, revealing that she's made a very difficult decision... But just how will Oguri Cap react?

21. The Arima Kinen

The Arima Kinen has arrived. As Tamamo Cross and her trainer, Komiyama, brace for her last race, they reminisce about their time together. Meanwhile, Oguri Cap has finally overcome the depression from her greatest rival's imminent departure, replaced by an overwhelming desire to seize victory. With a lineup including Dicta Striker, Super Creek, and many other generational talents, this year's Arima Kinen is shaping up to be an explosive send-off to an incredible year.

22. Gray Phantom

Tamamo Cross catches everyone off guard by accelerating in the backstretch instead of the final straight. As Tamamo Cross passes racers one by one, Oguri Cap presses on, ever conscious of Tamamo Cross's looming approach. With her body pushed to the limit, Oguri Cap's mind begins to wander to her past…

23. A New Era

Oguri Cap has bested the best and emerged victorious at the Arima Kinen over Tamamo Cross. But when one race ends, another is bound to begin… For now, however, Oguri Cap and company decide to relish the holiday season with a party, reflecting on the past year.
