A grieving Dalton faces her mutinous cabinet and Toussaint confronts her furious husband. Despite everything, the leaders finally reach an agreement.

5. Episode 5

A state of emergency is declared across the country. With the military in control, Dalton must find who's behind it all before it's too late.
