Documentary going on the beat with the police officers of Brighton after dark. Officer Jack gets a punch to the face as he tries to arrest a man for assault, while PC Ben, in between stopping drunks relieving themselves on the seafront, wrestles a man with a knife.

3. Episode 3

Afghan veteran PC Theo takes charge of a baby when its mum is arrested for being drunk. PC Jack ends up in a scuffle. And newbie officer Amy helps a vulnerable member of the public.

4. Episode 4

PC Robbie, who's also an aspiring cage fighter, tackles an aggressive male outside a busy pub. Brighton's answer to Cagney and Lacey - PCs Zoe and Vic - search for a vulnerable woman.

5. Episode 5

Young PC Will deals with an irate taxi driver, then has a chance to shine with a gold-plated gun. Sergeant Andy makes an impromptu drug bust. And PC Jess is called to a strip club.

6. Episode 6

The Brighton Police night patrol are called to a street assault, chase down a suspected house burglar, and apprehend a youth on a bus with a suspicious hand wound.

7. Episode 7

PC Jack attends when a young woman gets spiked at a nightclub. And Amelia and Craig are called to a mass brawl outside a pub and get accused of ruining a suspect's life.

8. Episode 8

PC Sophie has to deal with a flirty suspect in a street brawl. Youths attack Santa's bus as Father Christmas is pelted with soft mints. And there's an irate suspect at a nightclub
